We are safe at camp!
Mommy and Daddy got us all set up.
Now, I get to do my job!

Keep watch.  (Oh, and, maybe, just maybe find a leftover breakfast treat)

One Word Wednesday -- Sleep

I Broke it!

As many of you know, I do not eat from a bowl

like most of you do.

I eat my food from toys!

Mommy says this keeps me busy!

 

But the other night, a very sad thing happened!

My favorite food toy,

My Magic Mushroom.....

 

 

BROKE!!

I was eating my dinner, and all of a sudden, my toy was in two pieces!

 

 

The mushroom part at the top broke off of the base.

 

 

This is the inside of the mushroom part, or what is left of it.

 

 

Mommy went to our favorite Doggy store

 and found a shiny new one!

 

 

First, I gave it the "sniff and roll test"! 

It passed!

 

 

Next came the "carry test".  It passed that too!

 

 

Then came the most important test of all.

The "what's inside test".

 

I'm sorry to say, my first test was not successful. 

 

I had to give the toy back to Mommy to be re-set so it would pass.

Dinner was yummy!

It's BACK!!!

It was Thursday!

 

Mommy and I were working in the studio!

 

(Well, Mommy was working and I was napping.)

 

Daddy came downstairs with a box!

 

 

This Box!!!

 

Guess what is in it?

 

Mommy spent the weekend getting it set up so we can post again.

And we have lots of news to share!

The Computer has a Boo Boo!

As many of you know, my nickname is "Boo" or "Boo-Boo" because of all the injuries that I have had in my life.

When Mommy got her black eye (from playing with me) and the leash burn (also from playing with me) , I offered to share the nickname with her. 

I called her Boo-Boo-Too!.

Now, we have a Boo Boo III.  Mommy's computer!!

It started acting funny about three weeks ago.  Finally, last Thursday night, Mommy had had enough.  She and I stayed up really late and did some work on the computer.

Even after all Mommy did, the computer was still not working right.  So Mommy had to send it in for repairs.  They said it is a hard-drive problem!!! 

Luckily, Mommy backed up EVERYTHING when the problems started!  And.... we are still under warranty.  So, the repairs will be coverd.

The bad news is, the Computer will be gone for 1- 2 weeks.
We are using Mommys old old back up computer.  It runs really slowly.  So I probably won't be posting as much till the computer comes home. 

Mommy says loading photos and working with them is really hard with this old system.

But, I will still come by and comment on your posts.  So keep me in the loop.

Bring a Friend Day!

I got a bath yesterday!
I went to see my favorite groomer!
We call her Auntie Tina!

She has taken care of Mommy's doggies for many years. 
Now she takes care of me.

I really enjoy my bath.

I enjoy it so much that today, I took 6 friends.

Auntie Tina found them.
She was happy that I let her "blow me out."
I usually don't like the dryer, so she was really happy to get to do this today.


She said the reason I had been scratching so much lately was.....

I had F.L.E.A.S!

That is what my 6 friends were.

Mommy went to the store and got me some new medicine.  Auntie Tina said that the medicine we had been using (Front line Plus) was not working this year because the fleas are so bad.  So Mommy switched to Advantage!

She put it on the back of my neck!

And, now, I am a happy dog!

I just need to make some new friends!

New Shoes

Jaxon got two pair of new shoes while he was visiting.

The first pair came from Meg.

They were Winnie the Pooh slippers.

Jaxon was not really thrilled to wear them

because he could not crawl right.

At first, I thought Jaxon had one of my toys on his feet.

  But after a bit I got used to them.

And so did Jaxon!

The other pair came from a shoe store.

Mommy, Meg, Jaxon and his parents went shoe shopping one day for the big people.  Jaxon's Daddy loves to buy shoes here because we have an outlet store (whatever that is)

While Jaxon's Mommy and Daddy picking out their shoes, Jaxon was busy charming the sales people.

They thought he was so cute, they gave him a free pair of sneakers that matched his outfit perfectly.

Jaxon, his Daddy and Mommy posed for a photo outside the store before they came home to show me what the bought!

One Word Wednesday -- Toys!

We have a lot of new toys in the house!

But they aren't for me!

I don't get to play with them!

I just get to watch over them while Jaxon naps!

Bloggie Doggie

I admit it!

I have not been a very good Bloggie Doggie!

With the 'wedding' happening, we have had a lot of activity here.  Most of which did not include me.

We have had a lot of visitors too! 

Some I even got to play with!

This is Jaxon!

Mommy says if I were a human, Jaxon would be my cousin.

He is just a little guy, but boy can he move.

Because Jaxon is so little, Mommy thought we should meet through my crate for the first time.

Jaxon crawled right over to me. 

"Uff! Uff"

That is what Jaxon calls me!

Mommy soon decided it was safe for us to meet face to face!

And so we did!

And we had a great time playing together!!!!
