Home Again!

Yes, I am home again! 

Mommy and Meg picked me up from camp bright and early yesterday morning!

And what was the first thing I wanted to do when I got home?

You got it!!  I wanted to go out and play.

Then I came in and laid in my usual spot on the kitchen floor!

Boy, was I a happy pup!

I found out that Megs didn't go with Mommy and Daddy this time.

She had to stay home and work!

But while she was home, she did some super duper cleaning!

Look how nice the kitchen floor looks!

But, as you can see, Daddy's brief case is still sitting in the kitchen.

We have some things to get settled in before we are comfortably home.

So, I will keep this post sort so I can help Mommy get settled in.

Getting ready for Doggy Camp!

It's been a while since Mommy and Daddy have taken me to Doggy Camp.  But tomorrow, I will be going again.

Mommy and I have not been separated since I got hurt.  I know she is a bit nervous about leaving me.  But, really Mommy, I will be okay.

Don't worry, I will miss you!  But I am also going to have a lot of fun!  I like Doggy Camp! 

So, I won't be posting again until April 30.  Hope you all have a great time while I am gone. 

But don't have too much fun without me!

Mr. Chewy!!!

I got a package in the mail the other day!

It was from the wonderful, famous Mr. Chewy!

You see, on April 5, Mommy and I were contacted by Mr. Chewy and asked if we would like to try some treats.  They gave us a $50 gift certificate to try there service.

As you know, I can't resist treats!!!

So, Mommy and I said we would be happy to check them out!

Mommy and I placed my order on April 2. 

And my package arrived on April 5! 

Mommy says that is really fast service!

The box smelled really good!

Hurry Mommy!  I want to see the treats!

Mr. Chewy does not carry my Verus dog food.  

So, Mommy and I just stuck to looking at treats!

Mr. Chewy carries some of my favorites!

I got TWO bags of Gooberlicious treats and one bag of PB-Nanners from Bil*Jac!

Then we decided to look for some new treats to try!

We got quite an assortment!

The first one's we tried were the

Peanut Butter and Jelly treats from Sojo's!

They smelled SOOOOO good!

Come on, Mommy!  I want a taste!

These treats are a bit smaller than Mommy expected.

But she said she likes them because she can give me lots and lots of them!

Mommy and I really like Mr. Chewy! 

They are very fast at sending orders to you!

And they have a great selection!

Mommy and I would really recommend Mr. Chewy!

Dead Tennis Balls

Where do Dead Tennis Balls Go?

I have been playing with my Tennis Balls so much that some of them need to be retired.

Like this one.

And this one.

So, what do Mommy and Daddy do with them when they need to retire?

They put them here.  Just out of my reach,

 but in a place where I can still smell them.

Until trash day when Daddy makes the disapper.

And I get new ones!!!

Stupid Tired

That is what Mommy calls it when I play and play and play and .....

Well, you get the picture.  And if you don't, here are some Mommy took of me after our last play session.

Mommy even took a two movies of me.  I am so very tired, I can't get off the floor.

And because it was Mommy who took me out for so much fun,

I want to say thank you by keeping her feet warm for a bit.

So, I curl up in my favorite spot -- right in front of her chair. 

That way, I can keep an eye on her and make sure she does not go out to play again without me!

Sunshine! Tennis Balls! And Play Time!

That is what my life has been like for the last week or so.

The weather is beautiful!

My Tennis balls are getting quite the work out!

And Mommy and I just play and play in the sunshine.

What dog would not love that!

Part 1 is Done!!!

Mommy wants to keep me safe!  So she and Daddy made plans over the winter, to put up a fence in our back yard.  Our yard is "tree lined" on two sides.  And our one neighbor already has a fence.  So Mommy and Daddy thought putting up a front fence would be enough.

This is the finished fence on the one side of the house.

and this is the other side. 

This side has a gate.  The other side doesn't. 

 I'm not sure what a gate is, but we have it.

Mommy and Daddy had hoped that that would be enough to do right now.  But they were wrong.

For some silly reason, I keep knocking my Tennis Balls through this tree line when be play.  And I HAVE to go through and get them.  After all, they are my tennis balls.

But the neighbor does not like this.

So, Mommy and Daddy are having a temporary wire fence put up along this side.

And, I have also started trying to go into the back-door neighbor's yard.  I just want to see what is there.  I keep sneeking behind the lilac bush.  So the fence will go the whole way around the yard. 

Mommy says she just does not want me to get into trouble.

So, here I am.  Ready to play in my backyard.

  Mommy says the 50' leash stays no matter what. 

 As we travel this summer, we may have to play in open spaces and she will need it to keep track of me.

Okay, Mom!!!

Abbey's Collar

This is Abbey!

She is a Cockapoo friend of mine who live in California!

Isn't Abbey pretty??

I especially love what she is wearing around her neck!

That is a collar that my Mommy made!!

Abbey even looks pretty curled up, taking a nap with her new collar on!

I am super proud of Mommy and the collars she makes. 

Hope I get a new one soon!
