All Leashed up.....

...And ready to go!

This was me on Friday afternoon.  Mommy said we were going somewhere fun!  She said we were going to have a good time.  She spent a lot of time packing clothes and food and some of my toys.  Then she took them outside and put them in the truck.
Then, she put me on my leash.

And I waited to find out where we were going!

First, we went to pick up the camper from the storage lot.
But, as we were hooking up, Daddy noticed something wrong on the back of the camper.

This is what our tail light is supposed to look like.  When Daddy went to the back of the camper, the red cover was not on the light on the passenger side.  It was laying on the ground.

He could not get the cover to snap into place again, so he and Mommy had to go into the store and get some stuff to fix the cover.

This is what Daddy had to do to get the cover to say on.
Needless to say, we were behind schedule.
And we had a looooooooong drive ahead of us.

We didn't get where we were going until after dark.
Mommy had to park the camper in the dark.  She didn't like it much, be she did it.
We spent the night in the camper.

And, the next morning........

Well, I guess you will just have to check back tomorrow to get the next chapter in my story.

Doggy Kisses,
Tanner

  2. Can't blame Mommy - parking something that size in the daylight is probably hard enough!

  4. You gotta love duct tape! Your Momma's pretty talented if she can park that camper, let alone in the dark! Good job!

  5. hey Tanner,

Your mom is very creative! Glad she was able to fix the light and get you all on your way. I bet it was not fun to show up in the dark, though, but I am furry excited to see what happened next!
